With plenty of places for tea
People come from far and near
To have fun on the pier

The Royal Pavilion in all its splendour
Couples come and marry and remember
.
There's pubs and shops
And places to bop
Walks along the promenade
.
The sun is shining on the boats afar
A teenager playing a guitar
.
Not many people holding hands
A lonely man shuffles along the road
No hanky to blow his nose
.
The trains have just pulled in
A newspaper and kiosk near by
Grab a sandwich take a bite
Get in your car or ride a bike
.
Children buying ice-creams and toffee apples to buy
And rides and bungee jumps from so high.
